PREFERRED PARTNER SPECIALIST  

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Preferred Partner Specialist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Reservations team works together to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. The Four Seasons Preferred Partners are our top-producing travel agencies who help us bring in some of our most exceptional guests to the resort and make up 30% of our leisure revenues. Work authorization required. 

  

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Prioritize the Preferred Partner emails and inquiries within the 4-hour response window in the designated Preferred Partner email inbox.  

• Engage with the Preferred Partner travel advisor community and help grow resort’s PP share as top producer(s).  

• Interact and communicate with both the on-site team and remote sales team to ensure all needs are addressed and executed.  

• Exercise empowered authority aligned with property leadership. 

• Capture sales from Preferred Partner emails via their travel advisors and coordinate details of each reservation, including attaching advisor IATAs and FSIDs.  

• Ensuring that guest Golden profiles are complete and up to date with the necessary information and that verified connections are accurately entered.  

• Take deposit payments for confirmed bookings and generate Pro Forma invoices.  

• Serve as a Reservations Team liaison to Guest Relations team and Suite Experience team for any Preferred Partner bookings with all pre-arrival details.  

• Process Preferred Partner bookings made via the GDS and complete the pre-arrival reach out to agencies for those bookings.  

• Reservation sales and upsell to suites and specialty suites in accordance with department sales standards and upsell structure. 

• Be available for calls with Preferred Partner agencies to finalize bookings as needed.  

• Assist with Four Seasons Messenger chat as needed. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

 

 

WHAT TO BRING 

• Must be available to work the required EST hours as outlined by management upon hiring. Strong attendance record required.” 

• 1-2 years of previous Reservations experience required at a Four Seasons property  

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

• Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems. 

• Strong verbal and written Customer Service skills     

• Understands and welcomes an environment of collaboration between revenue, reservations and leisure sales team   

• Time management skills and ability to work remotely while providing daily productivity logs to managers. 

• Highly detail oriented and able to maintain accurate data and records within the property systems  

• Preferred bilingual skills in reading, writing, and speaking additional language(s) a plus Japanese and Spanish added value. 

• Weekend & Holiday availability required  

• Flexibility to travel to the resort upon hiring for onboarding and as often as once per quarter for property visit, team engagement, and refreshed training on products, service, and property amenities/services.
