苏州四季酒店隐匿于金鸡湖私密岛屿之上，四周绿荫环抱、碧波粼粼，宛如一方静谧绿洲。作为都市度假酒店，它距市中心仅举步之遥 —— 步入其间却恍若置身宁静秘境，都市的喧嚣在此化作从容私密的静谧。酒店设有 199 间客房及套房，另配 11 栋独立别墅，无论是家庭欢聚、浪漫旅居，亦或是商务出行，皆能提供如诗如画的休憩之所。

岗位职责:

根据酒店相关餐饮标准和财务目标，协助厨房工作并为厨房的整体成功做出贡献。

工作内容:

• 以礼貌、高效的方式处理所有客人和同事的投诉和咨询，确保问题得到圆满解决。
• 尽可能高效地组织和布置各自厨房的指定区域，以提高工作效率。
• 确保该部门的所有菜肴都按照标准食谱统一制作。
• 协助初级副厨师长，副厨师长和厨师长确保该部门的所有烹饪标准符合公司和酒店的政策与程序以及底线。
• 监控所有食物准备程序，以控制不必要的浪费。
• 培训所属厨房的初级员工 ，帮助他们在厨房所在区域内各司其职。
• 必要时或应初级副厨师长、副厨师长或厨师长的要求，在厨房的任何部门工作。
• 确保所属厨房符合卫生标准。

应聘要求:

• 具备中文的阅读和口语能力。
• 至少一年酒店或厨房相关岗位的工作经验，或同等工作经验。
