About the Job

As a Research Manager in Kantar’s Global Research Centre, you’ll help deliver complex quantitative research programmes for major international brands. You’ll lead projects from brief through to final delivery, bringing together research expertise, analytical thinking and strong project leadership to produce accurate, relevant insights that support confident decisions.

Based in Prague or Warsaw, you’ll work with colleagues across markets, disciplines and areas of expertise. You’ll improve delivery through technology, artificial intelligence and automation, while helping junior colleagues progress through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Your work will strengthen research quality, improve the experience of our internal and external clients, and contribute to the continued development of our global delivery capability.

Job Goals

• Lead complex quantitative research projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring agreed scope, quality, timing and budget requirements are met.
• Translate research findings into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations.
• Build trusted working relationships with internal and external clients by understanding their objectives and addressing delivery risks early.
• Collaborate across international and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate resources, resolve challenges and maintain consistent delivery standards.
• Improve research processes by applying artificial intelligence, technology and automation where they strengthen quality, efficiency or insight generation.
• Coach junior colleagues through practical guidance, knowledge sharing and actionable feedback.

Ideal Skills and Capabilities

• Proficiency in quantitative research, with expertise in one or more areas such as brand, creative or innovation research.
• Experience leading research projects through design, fieldwork, analysis, reporting and delivery.
• Ability to interpret complex data and craft clear narratives linked to business questions and decisions.
• Strong project planning and commercial judgement, including the ability to balance quality, timing, resources and cost across multiple workstreams.
• Experience guiding colleagues, sharing research expertise and supporting learning across international teams.
