About the job

As a Research Executive in our Global Research Centre in Prague, you’ll help leading brands understand how their advertising connects with people. You’ll support international research projects from survey design and coordination through to data analysis and reporting, turning evidence into clear stories that inform brand and advertising decisions.

You’ll work with experienced research colleagues, global teams and data providers while completing a structured training programme. As your expertise grows, you’ll take greater ownership of projects, solve delivery challenges and help the team produce accurate, useful insights for clients around the world.

Job Goals

• Build a strong understanding of advertising research, survey design and the wider research process.
• Support international research projects from the initial brief through to analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate effectively with research teams and data providers to keep projects accurate and on schedule.
• Analyse survey data and identify patterns that address the research objectives.
• Craft clear reports and presentations that turn data into useful stories and recommendations.
• Resolve project issues by using evidence, established processes and guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Contribute ideas that simplify processes and improve the quality and efficiency of delivery.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

• Curiosity about advertising, brands, consumer behaviour and how research helps organisations make decisions.
• Ability to work with numerical information, survey results, tables and charts, drawing accurate conclusions from the evidence.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to explain findings clearly to an international audience.
• Ability to organise several activities, maintain attention to detail and deliver work against agreed timelines.
• Motivation to learn research methods and digital tools, seek feedback and apply new knowledge to future projects.

Practical information

This is a hybrid position based in Prague. Applicants need to have the right to work in the Czech Republic, as visa sponsorship and relocation support aren’t available for this role. Interviews will take place in person at the Prague office.
