We do this through lower caseloads, stable RBT staff, Telehealth, and a platform that gives you autonomy to manage your cases the way you know is best. By Providing BCBAs with everything they need to go independent, from finding clients to credentialing, scheduling, billing and recruiting, we never stop supporting you and your goals.

What the role entails!

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives

• Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans

• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care

• Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification

• Masters Degree

• Must live in Georgia

• Fluent in Spanish (required) – able to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and families

• Strong leadership skills

• Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care.

• Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice.

• Strong communication skills

Earning Range: Up to $125,000+ per year
