Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT / LPC / LCSW)

Location: Idaho
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Summary

In this full-time telehealth role, you will provide consistent mental health care to clients across Idaho. The position emphasizes reliable scheduling, clinical focus, and long-term client engagement. You’ll work within a supportive framework that values quality care and clear expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services through a secure virtual platform
• Assess client needs and define treatment objectives
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation
• Follow all licensing and compliance guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development as required

Requirements

• Active Idaho license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Experience providing therapy to adults or families
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely on a fixed schedule
