Key Responsibilities:

As a Remedials Team Manager, your duties will include:

• Ensuring the team adheres to company quality systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001) and meets SLA and KPI targets.
• Overseeing the efficient operation of the department, with a focus on timely processing of new enquiries and incoming orders.
• Resolving customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintaining up-to-date sales and job management systems and monitoring team follow-ups.
• Coordinating with other departments to enhance workflow and customer outcomes.
• Tracking the performance of key clients and ensuring departmental KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Organizing and attending handover meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Managing team holidays and sick days via our online system.
• Monitoring and working towards team targets while identifying improvements to enhance process efficiency and profitability.
• Submitting monthly department reports and conducting annual appraisals for team members.
• Participating in monthly manager meetings and other ad hoc duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing teams within a fast-paced service or operational environment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, including ISO standards.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach.
