Baystate Health is seeking new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry team and Nurse Residency Program at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
Our inpatient acute care team provides comprehensive nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs, including telemetry and intermediate care. As a Nurse Resident, you will build a broad clinical skill set while receiving structured education, hands-on experience, and support as you transition from nursing student to professional RN.
As a MedSurg/Telemetry Nurse Resident, You Will:
- Care for patients with medical, surgical, telemetry, and intermediate-care needs.
- Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition, including cardiac rhythms.
- Develop your skills in individualized nursing care, medications, treatments, and interventions.
- Utilize advanced telemonitoring technology with access to specialists and resources throughout Baystate Health.
- Work alongside a strong clinical support team, including leadership, educators, and coordinators.

- Rotating weekend and holiday requirements apply.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification. BLS may be obtained after offer, as applicable.
