Experience: 1 year of RN experience (long-term care or rehab preferred)

License: Active and unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license (multistate compact accepted where permitted)

Certifications: BLS

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and sub-acute rehab residents
• Administer medications and treatments, including wound care, per physician orders
• Assess residents, update care plans and communicate changes to the physician and family
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and GNAs/CNAs on the unit; document accurately

Requirements

• Must have 1 year of RN experience, long-term care or rehab preferred
• Active and unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license (or multistate compact where accepted)
• Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
• Negative TB within last 12 months
• Hep B Series or Titer
• MMR Series or Titer
• Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer
• Varicella Series or Titer
