Current Opportunities:

Registered Nurse (RN): OASIS experience is highly preferred.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Available for skilled visits, working under the guidance of our RNs.

Whether you are delivering specialized wound care (Wound Vacs, drains, tubes), ostomy support, tracheostomy management, catheter care, IV infusions, or LVAD management, your clinical expertise shines here. We provide thorough, welcoming orientation so you feel confident, equipped, and supported as you step into every cozy home.

Requirements

Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Minimum one (1) year of Home Health nursing experience preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide care to and communicate with all ages of the population
Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification required
Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
Compassionate and caring demeanor, with a professional presentation at all times
Ability to travel within service area of AdvisaCare (approximately a 30 mile radius from your home)
Critical thinking, task competence and the ability to think on your feet is needed.

As time went on, our focus shifted from facility-based staffing to personalized one on one care at home because we recognized the need for a smooth and safe transition from the hospital/facility setting to care in the home and our name changed to AdvisaCare Home Health. AdvisaCare became the solution for individuals and their families seeking superior home care services delivered with the exceptional customer service they deserve.

Home Care is personal and our founder, Kris Skogen, believes it should be local too. To that end, we employ a network of clinicians and healthcare staff that live in and understand the communities we serve. AdvisaCare is committed to supporting these communities through a variety of charitable endeavors.
