Mission:
The Regional Visual Merchandiser Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing visual merchandising strategies within their designated region. This role focuses on optimizing sales and effectively conveying Mango's brand values through strategic product displays and merchandising techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Communication and Training: Communicate and train store teams on commercial and visual merchandising strategies, ensuring alignment with Mango's brand standards and objectives.
- Sales Optimization: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that optimize product presentation, enhance store aesthetics, and drive sales growth across the region.
- Brand Values Conveyance: Ensure that Mango's brand values are consistently communicated to customers through visual merchandising, maintaining brand integrity and customer engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies, using data-driven insights to make improvements and maximize sales potential.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams and other stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and ensuring the successful implementation of merchandising strategies.
Profile:
