As a Regional Manager, Consumer Strategy & Operations, you will drive capital-efficient growth by improving the consumer experience, with a focus on Loyalty and Pricing & Incentives across Wolt’s South region. You will execute, track, and monitor initiatives that deepen consumer engagement, so users come back again and again — excited about the service and experience they have with Wolt.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, creative thinking, and high-impact execution. It is well suited to someone with a strategy, consulting, or business operations background who is motivated by owning and delivering outcomes in a fast-moving, consumer-facing environment.

You will report to the Head of Market Growth, Wolt Core, and sit in a 2–3 person team. You will play a key role in driving consumer success in your region, working closely with Marketing, Merchant, Finance, and the broader Global Consumer team.

Responsibilities & Duties

You will work cross-functionally with local and global partners to identify, shape, and execute high-impact initiatives that drive consumer growth in your region.

In practice, that means you will:

• Own Wolt+ performance at a regional level — drive growth and profitability initiatives, and optimize the value proposition across benefits, partnerships, pricing, and the merchant portfolio.
• Ensure consumer pricing supports capital-efficient growth by understanding price sensitivity and testing hypotheses with the central pricing team.
• Work with local teams to sharpen market management strategy, prioritizing cities and neighborhoods with the greatest improvement potential, and drive cross-functional progress against key metrics.

Skills & Experience Required

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in consumer business, product operations, growth, marketing, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable owning outcomes across functions, including when alignment is hard and other teams resist.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.
