Regional Service Quality Specialist – CS / LogisticSummary:
In this role, you will be accountable for the local Customer Complaint Resolution Process, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of service quality-related issues, including failure modes such as short or incorrect shipments, damaged packaging, and labeling issues. You will analyze customer complaints and service quality performance to identify root causes and drive continuous process improvements that enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional internal teams and external partners, you will coordinate corrective and preventive actions, support quality initiatives, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service while continuously improving service quality results.Responsibilities Include:
- Key contributor to the execution of the Momentive Global Quality Strategy for customer-facing objectives
- Work with business and functional teams to improve the process execution in line with service quality standards. Handling customer complaints and quality-related customer inquiries to ensure a Focus on the Customer Culture across all functional departments supporting these processes.
- Responsible for Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) and SAP transactions associated with service quality complaints. Follow up on compliance of day to day processes with service quality standards

Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics/ customer service day to day business
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrate an effective communication style that builds relationships and positively impacts outcomes and decisions.
- Proven ability to teach, train and motivate others in the organization
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in data analysis using Excel and Minitab. Ability to note trends in data and identify improvements options to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven strong customer advocate
- SAP knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Silicone product/application knowledge preferred
- Six Sigma knowledge (e.g. White Belt)
What We Offer:
Base Pay Range: €50.600 - €74.140Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location. Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
