Job Description

管理并带领团队完成区域内新客户开发，老客户维护，分销商日常管理和业务的拓展，扩大市场占有率，实现区域指定销售目标。 管理团队的日常标准工作建立和执行。

Key Responsibilities

• 带领团队完成该区域的销售业绩，包括设备，耗材，备件，服务和合同的正常签订。
• 分解和制定区域内每位成员的销售目标，销售计划，年度工作安排等。
• 通过可视化日常管理和标准工作管理团队，确保客户的清晰度和销售活动的有效性，避免丢失客户，提升销售团队的人均产能。
• 每周回顾区域内销售客户拜访安排、销售leads完成情况。以及按时完成区域内销售漏斗，销售预测，目视化看板的管理、更新、汇报。
• 管理区域内的应收账款和产品价格，提高回款账期，设备，耗材，备件销售额和毛利率。
• 管理团队成员按时填写和更新所有SFDC系统数据报告，确保及时性、完整性和准确性。
• 分销商业务合法合规。包括直销业务冲突管理，分销商之间的业务冲突管理，以及耗材业务的管理。
• 招募、发展和留住团队成员。
• 管理团队成员的工作表现，激励并提高销售团队凝聚力与执行力。
• 合理控制团队费用。
• 及时提供市场和客户反馈，以帮助公司可以优化产品，提高行业竞争优势。
• 确保团队内部的合规性。
