Sobre esta vaga de Regional Sales Lead na Flatgigs
About the role
Our client is scaling its go-to-market motion globally and is hiring a founding Regional Sales Lead to build and own the European market from the ground up. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor sales role, not a management position on day one, you will personally run the full sales cycle, with the expectation that you'll build and lead a team once the market is proven out.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, opening doors, pitching, use case development, negotiation, and closing.
- Independently open relationships with municipalities, mid-market companies, and large enterprises.
- Deliver credible, technically grounded presentations on the platform's capabilities and how they apply to a prospect's business.
- Build a regional pipeline from day one: opportunities developing within 30 days, real use cases and qualified opportunities within 60–90 days, and closed deals within roughly 120 days.
- Work alongside internal teams and non-profit partners to identify and develop real-world use cases, then convert them into structured commercial opportunities.
- Partner with a Solutions Architect to translate opportunities into clear project plans and technical roadmaps for clients.
- Hand off closed deals to implementation partners to ensure successful deployment.
- Build and lead a local sales team once your pipeline and revenue justify it.
Requirements
What you'll bring
- A demonstrated personal track record as a hunter and closer, someone who has built pipeline and closed deals themselves, not just managed people who did.
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts, ideally with some public sector exposure.
- Strong commercial and technical fluency, able to speak credibly with technical buyers, not just business stakeholders.
- Experience at a leading technology or AI-adjacent company is a strong signal of ecosystem credibility.
- A track record of building a new market or territory largely from scratch.
- Deep, current understanding of the European market you'll be operating in, including local business and regulatory nuance.
