• Regional performance: Own regional financial results, EBITDA, commercial targets and KPIs.

• Team leadership: Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 colleagues.

• Partner relationships: Strengthen our Microsoft Dynamics partner community, maintain key relationships and identify growth opportunities.

• Commercial strategy: Translate Nordic market developments and partner needs into actionable commercial initiatives.

• Partner satisfaction: Drive partner engagement, satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

• International collaboration: Work closely with the VP Channel and other Companial teams, representing Nordic market opportunities and challenges.

• Around 10 years of relevant commercial experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within a partner or channel organisation.

• A strong Microsoft background and understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

• Experience managing commercial performance, financial results and sales teams.

• Knowledge of the Nordic business culture and partner landscape.

• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking.

• Fluent English and willingness to travel within the region.
