Position Summary

Credence is seeking a Refugee Programs Analyst to support program operations, performance monitoring, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for evaluating program effectiveness, analyzing processes and performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting initiatives that enhance mission delivery and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, program staff, and stakeholders to assess program performance, develop analytical products, support monitoring activities, and implement process improvements. This position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

• Analyze program operations, workflows, and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support monitoring and reporting activities to assess program effectiveness and operational performance.
• Develop reports, analyses, dashboards, briefings, and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative program data.
• Track program objectives, milestones, deliverables, and performance measures.
• Support program assessment, and performance management activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Prepare written summaries, findings, recommendations, and other analytical products.
• Support compliance, quality improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, program documentation, and reporting materials.
• Assist with special projects and program initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Program Management, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience supporting program analysis, program management, operations analysis, performance monitoring, strategic planning, research, or related functions.
• Experience analyzing program operations, workflows, performance metrics, or organizational processes.
• Experience evaluating information and developing recommendations to improve program effectiveness and operational performance.
• Experience supporting performance measurement, reporting, monitoring, or program evaluation activities.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing reports, briefings, presentations, analyses, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
