Salary: £36,850.67 plus bonus OTE £42,250.67

Hours: 37 hours per week across 7 days on a rolling rota, including weekend work. Between 07.45 - 20.00

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for the day to day efficient operation of the site

• Assist the Operations Manager in managing a team of operatives.

• Arrange cover for holidays and sickness and check and sign timesheets

• Provide excellent customer service and recycling advice to the public.

• Create a safe place to visit and work.

• Open and close the site depending on which shift pattern.

• Maintain the site safety, rules and efficient use of available resources.

• Maintain filing systems for audits and produce reports

• Work on various sites across the Merseyside & Halton contract

What are we looking for?

• Experience within a similar operational team leader / management role

• Similar operational manual handling experience

• Good IT skills

• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety.

• A full driving licence to be able to get to the site and other local sites when needed 

This role involves manual handling and working outdoors in all weather conditions
