- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial job requisition to offer extension, including:
- Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and candidates, utilizing behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Assessment: Utilize appropriate assessments (e.g., skills tests, personality tests) to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Offer negotiation: Extend competitive offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
- Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to optimize the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers: Understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate selection, and build strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records: Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives: Participate in projects aimed at improving the recruitment process and employer branding.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on Customer service hiring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with hiring/sourcing from LinkedIn is a must
- Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
