Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the relationship with internal and external customers

Contract Administrator for ADM vendors
Responsible of process and company protocols
Ensure successful business control and compliance into corporative platforms/systems
Office Services Administration
First Line of help, contact and/or information for any inquiry
Special care with visitors and customers (foreigners and locals)
Who We Are Looking For
A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, office support, customer service, or other related roles.
Advanced English proficiency (Required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Skills & Competencies
Has strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Communicates effectively with both internal and external customers.
Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrates attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Is proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented in a dynamic work environment.
Has strong administrative and coordination skills.
Enjoys providing support and delivering a positive experience to employees, visitors, and customers.
