Brown & Brown is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team in Pryor, OK.
The Receptionist takes care of the front desk and maintains all incoming and outgoing mail and works with all departments to assist with items needed.
How You Will Contribute:
Answer phones – direct calls/take messages/voice mail.
Greet and assist/direct customers.
Open/sort/date-stamp incoming mail – scan mail to appropriate account managers and accounting
Do labels for outgoing mail
Prepare all mail for pickup
Type letters if needed.
Filing as time permits - Image Right
Keep printers, copiers filled with paper/toners.
FedEx/overnight items.
Scan and attach to all Departments as needed.
Supplies – track and order all supplies, as needed
Personal Lines/Commercial Lines
Monthly Questionnaires
Mail Certificates/policies as needed
Agency Bill Testing
Daily Download
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Required:
Minimum education required
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Insurance License obtained within 6 months of hire date
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline
