Job Description: RCM Customer Service Agent

Department: RCM Patient Experience

Reports To: Associate Manager

Job Title: RCM Customer Service Agent

Work Location: Pune -India, Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 1–2 years​

Job Responsibilities:
•Strong customer service skills; answering patient calls; prompt return and follow up to all interactions; prompt response to requests for information, both internally and externally.
•Interact with patients via Live Calls to help troubleshoot and resolve complex billing related issues.
•Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing fast and accurate responses on calls.
•Be a champion of change management with both internal and external customers.
•Document and manage customer interactions in Veradigm CRM system.
•Able to rapidly learn new software to deliver customer satisfaction.
•Able to work effectively under stressful conditions in a fast-paced environment.
•Identify trends and offer feedback to improve systems and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement with our platform.
Academic and professional qualifications:
Educational Background: 10+2 plus Bachelor's Degree/Diploma preferred.

Experience:
•US Medical Billing knowledge and experience.
•Total customer service experience/ experience of 1-2years.
•Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Friendly, patient and professional phone demeanor.
•Dependable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours:
Capable of working in night shifts with timings
07:30pm to 04:30am IST (In Daylight Savings: 08:30pm to 05:30am IST).
