GenesisCare has an exciting opportunity for a Radiation Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary team at our Albany Oncology Centre.

This is a permanent full-time position working 9 days per fortnight, giving you more time to enjoy everything Albany has to offer. With a Monday to Friday roster, you'll have your weekends free while building your career with one of Australia's leading cancer care providers.

Located in beautiful Albany, our centre offers free onsite parking and a fantastic coastal lifestyle, with stunning beaches, walking trails, cafés, and local attractions just moments away.

At GenesisCare, we deliver comprehensive radiotherapy with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients. You'll work alongside an experienced and collaborative team, using advanced technology and treatment techniques to provide exceptional patient care.

More specifically, you will:

• Deliver high quality radiation therapy planning and treatment in line with best practice standards
• Accurately perform all radiation therapy procedures, ensuring precision and safety at every step
• Ensure all administration and documentation requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain exceptional patient care and centre standards throughout the treatment journey
• Work collaboratively with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Nurses, and the broader multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to a positive, patient centred culture focused on delivering outstanding outcomes

We're interested in hearing from people who:

• Demonstrate technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy planning and treatment
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Have a strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services
• Hold current AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist
• Hold a current Radiological Council of WA licence
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality patient care
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
• Are able to develop and maintain strong and cooperative working relationships
