We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and technically proficient senior engineer to autonomously lead product know-how capitalization within our advanced development product platform. This role is essential for ensuring the technical excellence and product robustness, and market competitiveness of new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Know-how capitalization & product standardization throughout the development of technical bricks, lessons learned from previous projects, product validations, return on experience and standards creation
• Performing Design Reviews for all projects for his (her) scope of ownership, assessing technical risks and evaluating the implementation of technical solutions
• Supporting the engineering teams in solving complex technical issues, actively participating in problem-solving, representing the company in front of customers and/or supplier when needed
• Developing technical training modules covering his (her) scope of ownership

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field)
• Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an interdisciplinary engineering environment (preferably in design, testing, expertise of electrical motors)
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work with international teams
