R&D Engineering Technician:
Support the R&D team by maintaining laboratory equipment, building prototype ultrasound transducers, and helping execute product testing activities that contribute to the development of innovative healthcare technologies
Your role:
Perform preventive maintenance on laboratory machinery and equipment, helping ensure a safe, organized, and efficient R&D environment.
Support the construction and assembly of prototype ultrasound transducers for early-stage product development and new product introductions.
Operate and support a variety of laboratory testing equipment used for reliability and validation activities.
Troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate with engineers and vendors when needed, and help identify practical solutions to technical challenges.
Collaborate closely with engineers and lab technicians to improve processes, support prototype builds, and contribute to multiple R&D projects.
You're the right fit if:
You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
You enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable assembling, testing, troubleshooting, or maintaining products and equipment.
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and are an effective team player who can work successfully with cross-functional, multi-site teams.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $26 to $40.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
