Quality Technician II (стартова) - Iнспектор з якості
Вимоги UA
•Бажано технічна освіта
•Вміння аналізувати дані, хороші аналітичні здібності
•Аналіз данних, визначення пріорітетів, розподіл задач у межах команди
Основні обов'язки UA
• Аналіз TOP – проблем, перевірка даних із системи MES, ідентифікація трьох найбільших проблем та разом із командою (груп лідер, механік, тест-технік, діагностик) пошук причин цих проблем
• Моніторинг ключових показників, контрольні карти, дотримання процесів описаних в інструкція, методом аудиту/обхіду лінії, задля забезпечення якості виготовленої продукції
• Звіт про стан справ на виробничій лінії, про виконані аналізи та проведені дослідження найбільших проблем
• FAI – проведення візуального котролю продукту, зібрати дані з тестерів про перший продукт та порівняти чи є відхилення від норм
• Аналіз компонентів – ідентифікація та аналіз придатності компонентів, які знаходяться в MRB зоні
• Допомога SQE в питаннях якості компонентів та матеріалів – зібрати дані про невідповідний компонент та надіслати про нього лист інженеру SQE
• Проведення тестування продукту інспекторами методом Gauge R&R, для упевненості, що всі інсепктори на лінії мають відповідін навички для якісної перевірик продукту
• Контроль впровадження ECN (зміна компоненту на продукті) – перевірка чи всі параметри обладнання, робочі інструкцій, матеріали були замінені відповідно до ECN
