Position Summary
Quality inspection role responsible for material-movement transactions, in-process and final inspection, inspection-result data entry, failure-analysis support, reporting, and participation in daily team meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality-control inspection, including material-movement transactions and in-process and final inspection.
- Enter individual inspection results in the Quality database.
- Assist with failure analysis and related reports.
- Attend and participate in daily team meetings.
- May assist with shadow training for non-exempt associates.
- Maintain accurate, detailed logs and recognize deviations from accepted practice.
- Follow established procedures for routine work and obtain instructions for new assignments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Typically one to two years of related experience.
- Ability to use simple hand tools related to measurement and inspection.
- Basic working ability with Microsoft Word and Excel, PDF tools, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain accurate, detailed logs, multi-task, follow written and verbal instructions, and work in a dynamic, diverse, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a relevant field.
- Communication, computer, accountability, dependability, quality, initiative, teamwork, and attention-to-detail competencies.
Work Environment and Physical Expectations
