We are looking for a “Quality Assurance Specialist” to join our team in Jordan!

Responsibilities

• Perform PP meetings, in-line, and final inspections.
• Monitor fabric and trims inspections conducted at factories.
• Conduct in-line, mid, and final inspections using AQL standards.
• Evaluate all sample types (Development, Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP).
• Review garment construction, measurements, workmanship, and fitting.
• Seal PP samples for specific customers.
• Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and make Pass/Fail decisions.
• Support supplier evaluations and audits.
• Support customer claim investigations.
• Provide technical support to merchandising teams, factories, and vendors.
• Proactively communicate and escalate quality issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in garment quality control and inspection procedures.
• Good knowledge of AQL and sampling methods.
• Ability to handle technical garment issues.
• Proficiency in English.
