Mục tiêu công việc (Job Purpose)  

• Hỗ trợ Quality Engineer trong việc triển khai, duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống chất lượng nhằm đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng yêu cầu khách hàng, tiêu chuẩn pháp lý và các quy trình nội bộ. Thực hiện độc lập các hoạt động giám sát chất lượng, phân tích dữ liệu, điều tra lỗi và theo dõi hành động khắc phục tại khu vực sản xuất.  

Trách nhiệm chính (Key Responsibilities)  

• Quản lý và kiểm soát tài liệu chất lượng: VA, WI, QP, PCP, Checksheet.  

• Duy trì hệ thống DCC và xác nhận tuân thủ tại hiện trường sản xuất.  

• Theo dõi hiệu chuẩn/ PM thiết bị đo lường và đánh giá tác động thiết bị quá hạn.  

• Giám sát SPC, thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu chất lượng.  

• Theo dõi KPI: FPY, Yield, Scrap, Rework, Defect Rate.  

• Tham gia điều tra lỗi bằng 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, Process Mapping, PFMEA.  

• Theo dõi và thúc đẩy CAR/CAPA đến khi đóng hoàn toàn.  

• Hỗ trợ xử lý NCR, MRB và các hoạt động containment.  

• Hỗ trợ FAI, NPI, Process Validation, Pilot Run và Engineering Change.  

• Đào tạo nhận biết lỗi và yêu cầu chất lượng cho nhân viên sản xuất.  

Yêu cầu chuyên môn  

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành kỹ thuật hoặc chất lượng.  

• Có từ 2-4 năm kinh nghiệm QA/QC hoặc Manufacturing Quality.  

• Ưu tiên EMS, PCBA hoặc Box Build.  

• Hiểu SPC, MSA, CAPA, 8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, FAI.  

• Kỹ năng Excel, phân tích dữ liệu và trình bày báo cáo.  

• Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh trong công việc là điểm cộng
