Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve tool parameter control and technology to ensure flawless operations.
• Upgrade quality control and strictly reduce production costs.
• Establish and modify quality management projects aimed at achieving exceptionally high standards.
• Determine and set up process parameters control for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate, promote, and plan for new control methodology to improve our proven capabilities.
• Analyze abnormalities and successfully implement improvements to maintain flawless production.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, and automation solutions to improve engineering productivity, enhance fault detection capability, and support data-driven decision making.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows responsibly by validating outputs, exercising engineering judgment, and ensuring compliance with Micron AI governance, quality, and data security requirements.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve manufacturing effectiveness through the adoption of AI, machine learning, statistical analysis, and digital transformation solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Basic proficiency in AI-enabled tools, data analytics, or automation technologies, with the ability to apply them to improve engineering and operational outcomes.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated insights critically, apply human judgment, and ensure responsible use of AI within manufacturing and engineering processes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, advanced data analytics, Python, SQL, JMP, Power BI, or other digital engineering tools.
• Experience applying AI-enabled solutions to semiconductor manufacturing, process control, fault detection, predictive maintenance, or quality improvement.
