The actual location of this job is in Guangzhou, China.

What you will do:

• Shop Floor QA Oversight and Inspection Readiness：

• Conduct routine quality Gemba walk in manufacturing, warehouse, and other GMP areas to identify and communicate quality and compliance risks in a timely manner.

•  Perform on site oversight of critical manufacturing activities, documentation practices, status labeling, material and label management, and housekeeping to promote GMP compliance. Track inspection observations and coordinate timely implementation of corrective and improvement actions.

•  Analyze trends and risks identified from shop floor Gemba walk and other quality oversight activities, and drive systemic improvements to support continuous inspection readiness.

•  Promote quality culture and Data Integrity awareness to enhance compliance and inspection readiness.

• Audit and Compliance Responsibilities：

• Coordinate preparations for customer audits, regulatory inspections, corporate audits, and internal audits, including document collection, document review, on site support, and post audit follow-up.

•  Review audit and inspection responses and CAPA plans, track the implementation of corrective actions, and drive timely closure and effectiveness verification.

• Coordinate and complete customer questionnaires and paper assessments to ensure customer requirements are met on time.

•  Support the gap analysis of new or updated regulations on site operations and coordinate related training, procedure development, and procedural updates as required.

• Follow up on corporate audit observations and other quality system findings, and coordinate risk assessments, remediation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives with relevant functions.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;

• At least 3 years of experience in a Quality role within the pharmaceutical industry, or at least 5 years of experience in other relevant pharmaceutical functions.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
