QA Analyst who can drive progress on critical enterprise, compliance, and legacy platforms across the organization. This role is ideal for a senior QA professional who thrives in fast-paced environments that pivot every day. This person will need to take ownership without needing direction, and enjoy tackling new challenges as priorities evolve. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality across business-critical initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across multiple teams and applications.

Position Description

Perform heavy manual testing across enterprise and compliance applications
Support automated testing efforts (20-30% of workload)
Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation
Validate enhancements, defects, and production fixes
Support ongoing testing and legacy system requests within PeopleSoft
Perform data validation and troubleshooting using SQL
Test and support Workday, Archer, SaaS, EPM, and other enterprise applications
Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams
Identify risks, issues, and testing gaps proactively
Help drive projects forward with minimal oversight
Adapt quickly as new initiatives and priorities emerge
Respond with urgency to support critical business initiatives
Learn new applications and support additional tools as business needs evolve

Requirements

5+ years of QA experience
Workday experience is a must (experience working at a company that migrated to Workday would be a bonus)
Archer testing experience (or similar GRC tool)
Strong manual testing background (80% manual, 20% automation)
Some automation testing
Experience supporting legacy system enhancements and requests in PeopleSoft
Experience testing SaaS-based applications
Experience with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platforms
SQL experience for data validation and backend testing
Compliance application testing experience
Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
