The Opportunity

We're looking for Graduates to join our Transformation, Design & Delivery team in Pōneke/Wellington, commencing in February 2027.

Our team helps organisations plan, manage and deliver large-scale transformation programmes. We work across project and programme management, technology implementation, business transformation and change, helping clients turn strategy into action and successfully embed new ways of working.

As a Graduate, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and clients to support the delivery of complex transformation projects. You could be involved in developing project plans, preparing communications and meeting materials, supporting client meetings, coordinating project activities and helping organisations manage and adopt change.

The work is varied, practical and highly collaborative. You'll gain exposure to different industries and stakeholders, build a broad and transferable consulting skillset, and have the opportunity to work directly with clients early in your career.

What you'll bring

• A degree, or be working towards a degree, in Commerce, Business, Law, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management or another relevant discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• The ability to see both the detail and the bigger picture.
• Confidence working with different stakeholders and building strong relationships.
• An interest in transformation, project delivery, change or how organisations can work better.
