Job Summary
This key position provides purchasing support to our team in Minneapolis.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Intermediate to Advanced level of skill in Excel
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction, business and purchasing an asset but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assisting team with coding and pricing construction projects
- Set up, maintain, and update item codes/pricing
- Data sorting and processing
- Compiling reports
- Other administrative duties as required
- Request and review quotes from supplier
- Create PO’s and invoice processing
- Coordinate and schedule material delivery and pick-up
- Outsource products and services as required
