Purchasing Assistant 采购助理

Main Responsibilities:

• PO create, GR check, statement check and document transfer, and other PO related issues.
• Create PR and get approved by the authorized and pass to FI together with PO.
• Create and change Info record when necessary.
• Customs clearance document preparation and the shipment follow-up. And make sure the data
• collection timely update and share with the manager.
• Routine material on-time delivery follow-up according to the schedule.
• Work with QA or relevant department to work on quality issue and ensure qualified material
• delivered and un-conformance handling and the timely requirement.
• The other works may assign to this position.

Qualification Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree, have one year experience in the work area of Purchasing, C/S, Logistics, etc. in foreign invested environment.
• Experience of using E-mail, the Internet Searching, MS Word and Excel.
• Be familiar with SAP or ERP system.
• Goo English in writing and speaking is preferable.
• Positive attitude towards pressure, good at cooperating with different kind of people.
• Diligent, prudential, considerate and intelligent.
• Result-oriented
