About The Role

If you appreciate standout content and eye-catching magazine layouts, you may be the perfect fit for this role. N2’s Design team is looking for a talented Publication Designer who brings a keen eye for detail, strong layout experience, a willingness to learn our processes, and a collaborative, can-do attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving creative team that produces high-quality publications every day.

This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. The starting salary is $45,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement. 

The Role in Action

• Layout and design a large volume of pages of nationally distributed magazines. 
• Work in a high-speed, deadline-intensive setting.
• Adhere to accuracy, brand, and quality standards.
• Have a “We, Not Me” mentality as a member of a team of designers.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who’ll hit the ground running with:

• Strong competence with Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly InDesign. 
• Keen eye for clean, engaging, and well-structured layout design. 
• Delivering design work with both speed and precision.
• Basic understanding of Google Sheets and Asana.
