SALES ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Sales Assistant, you are a brand representative who has the ability to support the sales team & deliver lasting client relationships. You will work in an inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for individual development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
Perform stock checks for customers and in support of Sales Associates
Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks
Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
Maintain organization back of house to upkeep the standards and efficiency
Greet & interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
Determine customer’s needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
Assist the sales associates in resolving all client problems and complaints as needed
WE’D LOVE TO SEE:
2+ years of luxury retail experience
Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Prior experience using POS system
A self-starter with the ability to drive results
Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional
Customer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagement

Compensation Range:
