About this Position
We're looking for a Provider Relations Consultant to serve as a senior-level subject matter expert within our workers' compensation provider network. If you're a strategic, relationship-driven professional with deep knowledge of workers' compensation managed care, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities & Qualifications
What You'll Do
- Manage complex, high-profile provider relationships including large occupational health systems and multi-specialty groups
- Lead contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals including fee schedule arrangements
- Develop, lead, and implement strategies to improve injured worker and provider satisfaction, network participation and engagement, and outcomes
- Identify network gaps and implement strategies to improve access, performance, and injured worker outcomes
- Develop and deliver training programs for providers and internal staff on workers' compensation billing, treatment guidelines, and state regulations
- Monitor provider performance data and collaborate with clinical teams to support evidence-based, return-to-work focused care
- Prepare and present reports on network metrics, claim outcomes, and strategic recommendations to leadership
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in provider relations, workers' compensation managed care, or occupational health
- In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation regulations, fee schedules, and evidence-based treatment guidelines
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.
Base Pay Range: $93,168.50 - $115,090.50 Per YearFlex-Hybrid Work Environment:
Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
