Pay Range:$26.06 - $36.08 The Provider Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical, high-touch role within the Provider Services department, serving as the logistical backbone of the physician and advanced practice provider (APP) recruitment lifecycle. This position directly supports the Senior Provider Recruiter by managing complex interview logistics, coordinating comprehensive candidate travel and lodging, orchestrating community tours, and managing data tracking and recruitment metrics. This position is also the central point of contact and coordinator for residents performing rotations at SEARHC.As the primary concierge and first point of contact for candidate logistics, the Coordinator ensures an exceptional, white-glove onboarding and interview experience that reflects the high standards of SEARHC. This role is pivotal in driving recruitment efficiency, reducing time-to-hire, and optimizing the candidate conversion rate.

Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job
Promote and integrate the SEARHC mission, vision and values in all aspects of job responsibilities and accountabilities, maintaining a service-oriented and quality-focused culture within SEARHC
Design and manage comprehensive and customized interview itineraries for provider candidates in partnership with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and departmental teams
Coordinate with SEARHC Staff Travel for all candidate travel (flights, lodging, ground transportation) and logistics. Troubleshoot travel disruptions and last-minute scheduling changes
Partner with hiring teams to schedule interviews, tours, and send the final itinerary to the candidate & department
Ensure a seamless, professional and enjoyable candidate experience from initial interview invitation through post-visit follow-up
Coordinate dining arrangements, spouse/family itineraries, and social activities that take place during the site visit
Track recruitment metrics related to interview-to-offer conversion, candidate satisfaction, process efficiency, etc.
Send candidates post-interview survey and address feedback and identify process improvement opportunities
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders
Monitor recruitment-related travel expenses and assist with budget tracking
Residency program coordination to include partnership with clinical and operational teams on resident placement, resident authorization process, Alaska resident licensing process, onboarding coordination with HR/Employee Health/Credentialing team, booking of travel/housing/transportation and development of resident’s orientation schedule
Support the Provider Services Preboarding Coordinator and Provider Onboarding Manager as needed
Assist Senior Provider Recruiter and Provider Services Director and with projects as directed
Perform other duties as assigned
Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience Required
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment coordination; physician recruitment preferred
Talent acquisition support experience
Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle
Travel/logistics management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Workday, and recruitment technologies
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Culturally sensitive; able to work with and value the contributions of diverse stakeholders and constituent groups
Exceptional organizational and calendar management skills; ability to manage complex, multi-person schedules across different time zones or locations
Ability to interact confidently and professionally with provider candidates, physicians, executives, and other stakeholders and team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High emotional intelligence and problem-solving agility; ability to remain calm and professional when itineraries change suddenly or travel delays occur
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Familiarity with travel management and logistics
Proficiency in gathering numbers, managing spreadsheets (Excel/Smartsheets), and generating metric reports
Ability to problem-solve independently and maintain composure under pressure
