The Provider Engagement Manager I owns relationships with a portfolio of provider practices in an assigned territory. Working within the Vatica Health program and the broader Cozeva organization, this person partners with practice leaders, clinicians and staff to strengthen program adoption, provider satisfaction, and quality and risk adjustment performance. • Partner with Clinical Operations on record preparation and practice workflows, and with Sales and Customer Success on transitions, account priorities and provider needs.
• Coordinate responses to provider questions and concerns across teams, keeping practice stakeholders informed through resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of practice interactions, commitments and progress in Salesforce and other applicable tools.
