This role sits within the Sky Broadband Propositions team, which is responsible for leading the development of new & maintaining existing products, propositions, and services to help us drive growth. 

As a Propositions Lead, you and your team will be responsible for setting strategy, developing a roadmap, building strong commercial plans and bringing these to market for both new & existing customers.     

What you’ll do 

• Proposition strategy – Develop product and proposition strategies, in line with objectives and underpinned by customer, market & competitor insights.

• Pricing and packaging – Own portfolio pricing & packaging, developing and testing alternative concepts and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Product development – Support product development teams with prioritisation and development of roadmap, ensuring delivery of commercial and proposition objectives.

• Change casing – Lead development of business cases, working closely with commercial & finance teams, considering both broader business and bottom-line financial benefits and risks.

• Go to Market – Own GTM plans and briefs for product and proposition changes and how they are delivered.

• Managing change – Be the business owner for driving proposition changes working closely with technology, billing and operational teams.

• Future orientated – Develops perspective on how the market landscape might evolve in the future and how our broadband business can be best positioned to capitalise.

What you’ll bring  

Essential criteria:  

• Strategic mindset – Strong track record of delivering end to end strategies (12–36 months) using market, customer and competitor insight, with clear prioritisation and measurable impact.

• Problem-solving aptitude – Proven experience solving complex problems, using data to identify root causes and delivering practical solutions with measurable outcomes.

• Leadership – Experience leading teams, motivating and constructively challenging others to drive improved outcomes.

• Commercial acumen – Demonstrated experience building and challenging business cases, with strong financial literacy and Excel skills.

• Delivery experience – Track record in proposition or commercial roles, managing multiple priorities and delivering in high-profile environments.

• Communication - Strong communication skills, with experience influencing Director-level stakeholders and fostering cross-functional collaboration to secure buy-in. Skilled at translating complex updates into clear, high-impact materials for senior audiences.

Desirable skills and experience: 

• Project management skills – Experienced in managing cross-functional collaboration to successfully launch new products and features.
