The Proposal Maker is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing business proposals in alignment with organizational standards and client requirements. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of deliverables while supporting business development and client engagement efforts. The Proposal Maker collaborates closely with Corporate Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Proposal Supervisors to produce audit‑ready, client‑focused proposals that meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Prepare and customize proposal documents for corporate and SME clients based on client-specific requirements.
Ensure proposals are compliant with company standards, regulatory requirements, and internal templates.
Maintain and update proposal templates regularly.
Track and manage proposal versions and records for audit and performance tracking.
Contribute to process improvements in proposal-making workflows and systems.
Assist in documentation of standard processes and best practices related to proposal preparation.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and adherence to SLA timelines.
Must possess strong written communication skills to ensure proposals are clear, professional and aligned with client expectations.
Must have effective verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Comfortable communicating updates, delays or clarifications to internal teams in a timely and professional manner.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or any related field.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
