Für unser Service-Team im Bereich der Gebäudeautomation in Essen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projekttechniker Gebäudeautomation (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Gebäudeautomation und MSR-Technik

  • Koordination von Kunden, Nachunternehmern und internen Fachabteilungen während der Projektabwicklung

  • Erstellung technischer Grundlagen für Angebote im Rahmen von Sanierungs-, Erweiterungs- und Umbauprojekten

  • Durchführung von Aufmaß- und Leistungserfassungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Projektkalkulation und Abrechnung

  • Inbetriebnahmen sowie Anpassungen von Steuerungen und Gebäudeautomationssystemen

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Gebäudeautomation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister

  • Berufserfahrung in der MSR-Technik, Gebäudeautomation oder Gebäudeleittechnik

  • Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung, Bauleitung sowie in der Aufmaß- und Leistungserfassung

  • Kenntnisse in BACnet, Modbus, KNX oder vergleichbaren Systemen

  • Kaufmännisches Grundverständnis sowie Kenntnisse der VOB sind von Vorteil

  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kundenorientierung

  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Führerschein Klasse B
