Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will provide critical support to fulfilling the mission of Zero Studios with an opportunity to learn and work alongside a passionate and talented team. An entrepreneurial spirit and business-oriented focus are paramount. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the projects are executed in a successful manner. 

You’ll be working directly alongside our Project Management Director, Project Management Leads & Account Director(s) to manage 3-6 accounts focusing on Marketing & Social Media projects. We are looking for someone who has a strong foundation in these areas and who is exceptionally organized, possesses strong communication skills, and has the passion to manage and add value to each phase of a project.

You will be managing a broad range of tasks related to project planning and execution. Attention to detail and communication skills will be key to your success in this role. Understanding the broader context of the project and being able to craft a solid roadmap, think pro-actively, and align on expectations with the client will be key to success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish a clear plan and roadmap for every project and ensure all executions meet scope expectations, as well as achieve the quality expected at Zero.
• Guide small to medium and multi-disciplinary teams in the day-to-day by clearly communicating tasks and ensuring that the team has what they need to successfully execute on time. 
• Keep the team organized, over-communicate, avoid assumptions, and forecast risks to provide a plan of action.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent client projects.
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and resource plans in collaboration with the Project Management Leads.
• Track project progress and adjust schedules or scopes as needed to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate internal team meetings, status calls, and client check-ins.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage feedback loops, revisions, and approval processes efficiently.
• Collaborate with Account Directors & Project Leads to align project goals with client objectives.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience in one or more of the following: running a social account, launching a marketing campaign, concepting and rollout of a social media campaign. 
• Comprehension of planning’s impact on business, i.e. how to structure and manage projects toward successful outcomes (margins, profitability, etc).
• Managing a retainer based project for a client across multiple workstreams including planning and reporting
• Positive attitude: enthusiastic and able to contribute at any given stage throughout the process; actively takes the lead on a given task and can pitch in wherever help is needed.
• Well-versed in project management and communication tools including resourcing platforms, Notion, Figma, Google Suite, and Slack

Experience

• 1-3 years experience in an agency or marketing role in a design driven environment

Reporting Structure

• This position reports to the Project Management Director

Full Time Benefits & Salary

• Annual salary range between $60,000 - $75,000 determined by experience
