Overview

The DTNA Aftermarket organization is focused on accelerating growth, enhancing customer experience, and improving digital commerce capabilities through our Retail Readiness initiative. A key component of this strategy is the implementation of a Product Information Management (PIM) solution that will serve as the centralized source of product content, digital assets, and product data governance across our organization.

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and deployment of DTNA Aftermarket's PIM solution, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to establish scalable product data processes that support future digital commerce, customer self-service, and omnichannel growth initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving project governance, business process design, systems integration, change management, and organizational readiness to ensure successful adoption and realization of business benefits.

Position offers a starting salary range of $104,000 to $133,000 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

What You Drive at DTNA

Program Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of DTNA Aftermarket's Product Information Management (PIM) solution.
• Establish project plans, milestones, budgets, risk mitigation plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate implementation activities across multiple workstreams including Product Management, Marketing, Digital Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Data Governance, and Supplier Management.
• Manage system integrators, software vendors, consultants, and external partners as required.

Business Process Transformation

• Facilitate the development of future-state business processes supporting product content creation, maintenance, governance, and publication.
• Partner with stakeholders to define product data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, and governance processes.
• Drive organizational alignment on standardized product data, taxonomy, classification, and attribute management practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and consistency of product content management across DTNA Aftermarket.

Data & Systems Integration

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements for ERP, ecommerce, dealer-facing applications, supplier systems, and digital asset management integrations.
• Support development of data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and validation strategies.
• Coordinate testing activities including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production readiness validation.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions.

Change Management & Organizational Readiness

• Develop implementation and adoption strategies supporting successful business transformation.
• Lead stakeholder communications, training plans, and organizational readiness activities.
• Facilitate executive steering committee reviews and project status reporting.
• Monitor adoption metrics and business outcomes following implementation.

Business Value Delivery

• Develop business cases and success metrics to measure program value.
• Support DTNA's Retail Readiness strategy through improvements in product content quality, digital shelf readiness, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Drive project execution to achieve agreed deliverables, timelines, budgets, and performance targets.

Knowledge You Should Bring

• Demonstrated project management experience leading large cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
• Experience successfully managing software implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex business processes.
• Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to build alignment across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and project status reporting.

Exceptional Candidates May Have

• 5-7+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience implementing Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), ERP, Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management (DAM), or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of product data governance, product taxonomy, attribute management, catalog management, and digital product content strategies.
• Experience supporting retail, ecommerce, manufacturing, or aftermarket product data initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications preferred.
• Experience managing third-party implementation partners and software vendors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Informatica Product 360, Salsify, Akeneo, Stibo, Syndigo, or similar PIM platforms is preferred.
