How you’ll make an impact
Lead and inspire a sub-project team of control engineers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable engineering solutions for our customers.
Coordinate engineering activities across Control Applications, SCADA, HMI, Network, and Cyber Security throughout the full project lifecycle.
Take overall responsibility for the team’s technical scope, priorities, schedule, budget, risks, and quality in assigned projects.
Act as the main technical interface for control engineering towards customers, project managers, suppliers, and other engineering teams.
Support design reviews, customer meetings, factory acceptance tests, commissioning activities, and technical follow-up when needed.
Contribute to our growth and transformation journey by improving ways of working, strengthening collaboration, and sharing knowledge across the organization.
Your background
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, ideally electrical systems, power systems, automatic control, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Proven experience in engineering, project execution, technical coordination, or similar role within areas such as control systems, automation, power plants, converter stations, substation automation, FACTS, HVDC, or similar fields.
Experience as a leader in a high-paced environment with technical experts.
You communicate well in English, Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
