This position reports to:
Senior Engineering Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in San Luis Potosi.
You will be mainly accountable for:

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in San Luis Potosi.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Acts as a technical lead, approves design deliverables and reviews all project documents for conformity, safety, and quality assurance.
- Works with the customer to shape and deliver solutions and seeks customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
- Participates in project meetings and resolves any outstanding technical issues to meet contractual obligations.
- Performs Project Peer-Reviews.
- Utilizes checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical-electrical engineering.
- 2-3 years experience in 3D mechanical design.
- Design software proficiency in Creo is required (Solid works sheet metal, and AutoCAD proficiency preferred)
- Excel (Macros) proficiency
- SAP Proficiency
- Advanced English
