What Will You Do?
As a Project Coordinator at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity. This position is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities. Our on-the-job educational programs for nurses, psychologists, advanced practice providers, psychiatrists and chaplains are equipping the next generation of care providers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to Project Management, Facility Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Supports project management through the identification, ordering, and tracking of project materials.
• Serves as a liaison for department with all project stakeholders and any involved parties.
• Coordinates successful completion of installation projects through meetings, developing strategies, and ensuring resources are provided to see projects through from start through completion.
• Creates installation schedule in collaboration with customer, sales, installation department, and sub-contractors to meet specified timeline.
• Gathers and completes documentation necessary to keep project on schedule.
• Receives, researches, and responds to requests for information from both internal and external customers.
• Documents project status by inputting data into company CRM system.
• Develops, prepare, generates, prints, and distributes reports.
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Initiates process improvement to increase department efficiency and accuracy.
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
• Requests quotes for contracts, services and Capital Budget projects (over $500). Coordinates maintenance and capital budget systems.
• Project management of projects as assigned, including Interior Finishes, Furniture, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Systems.
• Serves as public utility company liaison.
• Manage various utility services and regulatory compliance inspections.
• Maintain records of fleet vehicles.

What Does This Role Require?

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
