- Partner with Project Managers to support projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through closeout.
- Coordinate project communications, meetings, action items, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Monitor project performance metrics including budgets, schedules, work-in-progress (WIP), percent complete, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain project documentation, records, and document control processes to ensure accurate and organized project information.
- Manage and support project collaboration platforms and tools, including SharePoint, ShareFile, Smartsheet, Procore, and similar systems.
- Track project deliverables, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and revision histories.
- Support project quality and compliance efforts by promoting adherence to project management, QA/QC, and contractual requirements.
- Assist with project financial administration, including invoice reviews, budget tracking, reporting, and coordination with billing teams.
- Facilitate coordination among project teams, clients, subconsultants, and other stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and aligned with project objectives.
