Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function, ensuring consistent application of project execution and project control processes across the project lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and integrate project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to provide a single source of truth for project performance.
• Implement and administer project control systems, including planning, document management, reporting, change management, and governance tools.
• Monitor progress against approved baselines, proactively identifying, addressing, escalating, and reporting project performance issues and risks.
• Facilitate effective change management, risk management, document control, and project reporting processes across consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Establish and maintain project visual management systems, meeting structures, standards, and ways of working that drive alignment and transparency.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, headquarters functions, and external stakeholders to ensure dependencies, interfaces, and delivery impacts are well understood and managed.

• Significant professional experience in project controls, including at least 15 years of overall experience and a minimum of 7 years within a project controls discipline.
• Proven accountability for project delivery on large-scale and complex capital infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with project management systems and platforms used for document control, contracts, change management, cost control, communications, and milestone tracking.
• Advanced knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, OPC, Microsoft Project, or equivalent solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present clearly and concisely to senior leadership and influence teams within a governance framework.
• Experience working in culturally and technically diverse environments and mentoring or coaching colleagues to achieve project objectives.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PMQ, or equivalent is required.
• Fluency in English is required. A bachelor's degree in an engineering or project management discipline, familiarity with the FIDIC contract framework, supervisory experience, matrix organization experience, and Bengali language skills are advantageous.
